Search filter doesn't affect tree views

      Typing a search string into the file search box doesn't affect tree views on any of the staging modes. It should filter like the flat views.

            I also found this problem. Typing anything in the search box when in tree view shows all the files instead of those that match.

            I just uploaded a screen capture of the issue on a completely new repo and selecting Tree View and then attempting to search for a file in all of the views.
