1. The ellipsis menu has far fewer items than the right-click menu
2. ...with semi-random order, compared to the right-click menu
3. ...and options are jumbled together with no grouping
4. The ellipsis menu is centered in stead of left-aligned
5. The ellipsis menu has 'Discard' where the right-click menu has 'Revert' (supposedly the same action – this is for Hg)
6. Even when clicking on directories the ellipsis menu says 'Add/Discard/... file'
7. The ellipsis popup looks like some kind of weird chat or a message bubble instead of a regular popup – this one is perhaps a personal taste issue but to me it looks out of place.
