No Uncommitted changes in Commit Graph when there is only file deleted

      If there is file deleted only, there is no 'Uncommitted changes' in the Commit Graph.

      We will need to modify a file to have 'Uncommitted changes' in the Commit Graph.

      This 'Uncommitted changes' for file deleted is needed in the Commit Graph so that we can stage those deleted file in the Log View instead of File Status View.
