Some commits have parents going beyond the initial commit in the tree view for some repositories

      1) Clone https://github.com/joyent/node.git
      2) Open this repo in SourceTree
      3) Scroll down to the first commit.

      See the screenshot. There shouldn't be anything in the structure going beyond the oldest commit.

      This problem has been showing up for a long time.
