      When the "Push to default/origin remote when comitting" option is checked and there isn't any remote repo in the bookmark, then it is impossible to commit because the "Push changes immediately to (null)/develop" checkbox is always checked. The "commit" button does not work anymore - I can click it, but no action is taken.
