Show old file name of renamed file in commit view of log view

      Viewing a commit in log view will only show the new name of the files for renamed files. In order to see the previous file name, one must "Log Selected" and then select "Follow renamed files". That is a lot of steps for information that could easily appear in the initial UI. I think SRCTREE-WIN has this UI feature.

            We dropped the extra line of text in 1.9 because most of the time it was just extra noise, but clearly in this one case it does add information you don't have elsewhere. From the next version the header of the diff pane will have a tooltip which provides this information.
