I'm amazed this one did make it through the Atlassian internal Q&A review: The keyboard shortcuts, like Cmd-Shift-C for "Commit staged changes" and Cmd-Option-C for "Commit individual file" (bypassing the index) are defunct in 1.9. This is really annoying, since me (and probably others) totally rely on the keyboard for making the changes.

Just compare these functions in 1.8 and 1.9 and you will see that they act very, very differently. Cmd-Option-C is not there at all, I believe, in 1.9.

Anyone else also seeing this?
