Binary side-by-side comparison does not work when coming from After comparison

      I have a commit where only an image has changed.

      When clicking on the commit the side-by-side diff is shown. That works as expected. When I click on Before and then back to Side-by-side, I only get the image with the After caption above it. See screenshot.
