SourceTree: add 0 lines of context option (in addition to existing 1 3 6 12 25 50 100 lines)

      I would love to see a 0 lines of context option added to the existing options of 1 3 6 12 25 50 100 lines. Most of the time I just want to see what changed without any context at all, to see more changes in a smaller amount of space.
