SourceTree keeps on crashing all the time (and I keep submitting crash reports via the Apple built-in feature) and many times a day I get to a state where it's either trying to figure out the constant changing of my source directories (as I keep it open all the time) where it just freezes up and I have to Force quit it. This happens more frequently than I'd like to admit and my peers keep on pushing for us to switch to Tower based on some of these issues.

I'd love to keep on using SourceTree, I think it's a great product (and Attlassian is a great company) but with issues like that it makes it hard to justify it.
