Tab navigation is broken in Repository Settings modal dialog

      1) Choose Repository -> Repository Settings from menu
      2) Click "Add"
      3) Press Tab

      Expected:
      The Tab key should move the cursor to the second field; it doesn't.

      Notes:
      Shift+Tab doesn't work as well.

            Keyboard navigation (standard and full access) for Repository Settings behaves as expected now for each of the sections. This will ship in the next minor update.

            This also occurs in the Preferences. You cannot tab between any of the options/fields.
