Custom actions do not allow spaces in file paths

      I'm trying to create a simple Custom Action:

      If I have a spaces in filename or file path putting them in quotes results in the following error message. Please refer to attached screens.

      Screen 1: Workaround without spaces

      Screen 2: Custom Action Setup with spaces in file path
      Screen 3: Error
