link Clone Repository URL field and Add Working Copy Path field for Add Repository Bookmark

This refers to the Bookmarks window, and the Add Repository pop up.

If I forget that I am NOT cloning a repository, but actually just adding an existing working copy, I will frequently begin to fill out the fields on the Clone Repository tab. Then I will remember that I'm on the wrong tab, and I will switch to the Add Working Copy tab.

On the Add Working Copy tab, the Path will be empty, even though I just filled out the desired data on the Clone Repository tab.

I propose that these fields be linked, or the equivalent, so that switching between the tabs does not require users to copy or otherwise re-browse for the desired path twice.
