Based on the troubleshooting CAC page here's what we know so far. Customer to provide the rest of the details:

1. Embedded Hg 2.2.2
2. iMac Quad Core i5 @ 2.8GHz. 12GB main memory. Unaware of disk space, customer to provide.
3. Unaware of repo location (remote or local), customer to provide
4. Unaware of number of repos, customer to provide
5. SourceTree version 1.7.4.1
6. OS X 10.6.8
7. File filters are either 'pending' or 'modified' in the repo in question
