Description
- I am using a project with sub-modules
- switching the top-level project from one branch to another failed because an "index.lock" is present in the filesystem & asked to manually remove it, which I did: {{rm /Users/kowalskif/Desktop/GIT/enyojs/ares-project/node_modules/ares-generator/../../.git/modules/node_modules/ares-genera
tor/index.lock}} - from now on, SourceTree crashes & is unable to restart. Here is the message in Console.app:
