too many dispatch threads blocked in synchronous operations

      I have about 20 projects open in github and from time to time I get SourceTree hanged with the spin ball for ever. If I force quit it I get the crash report included. This typically happens when there is an Internet connection glitch. I suspect that lost of connectivity is the root of that problem.
