Based on a discussion on Twitter. Basically need to be able to drag/drop rows and it cause a fixup rather than a squash. We're thinking of just having a 'mode' where you switch between fixup and squash via a drop-down. This means when dragging/dropping rows it'll do one or the other dependent on what's selected. We're assuming users will only want one of the two anyway.
