    Description

I think we should have the ability to enable/disable specific repo's from being refreshed. Some users have a big list but don't want git/hg to sit there going through all of them and refreshing as they don't care about many. Perhaps have some kind of 'last refreshed' text with some visual cue of a refresh that happened long ago.

This issue runs on the back of: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/146290/background-activity-indication-single-session-disable-option-bandwidth-management

We have had this requested in the past. I was certain an issue has been filed for it but I cannot find anything as of yet.
