Selecting "Lightweight tag" should disable "Message" input

      The message isn't used when creating a lightweight tag so it should be disabled in the UI.

            Turning on the 'lightweight' option disables and clears the message input. Turning on the 'sign' option turns off the lightweight option as they don't go together. This doesn't appear to be documented, but the git command issued will fail.
