1. Add/Commit an .as file to the DVCS.
2. Make a change to that .as file (and optionally add/commit).
3. View the diff using the internal diff tool (see attached screenshot).

The diff shows the entire file contents have been removed and added as opposed to highlighting the line changes.

This will occur for any ActionScript file added to the repository.
