My ssh-agent is configured to time out after a while. If SourceTree is running when ssh-agent is timed out and it decides to refresh everything, I end up with many dialog boxes asking for my ssh key passphrase – apparently one per project it is trying to refresh.
Once I enter my passphrase I then have to cancel all the other dialog boxes.
I realize this may be at least partly a Mac OS X issue, but I'm wondering if there is any way you can work around it, e.g. by only trying to refresh one project that uses ssh at a time; if the first one gets held up waiting for authorization then don't try to refresh the others yet.
I am on MacOS X 10.7.4;
