When using multiple windows using Lion Full Screen Mode, there's no immediate indicator as to which repo any particular window is for.

I often jump between a few Repos in the course of work. When using OS X Lion Full Screen mode, I can't immediately tell which window is for which project.

I've begun just having all the windows not in FS mode, but in their own numbered desktop.
This is perfectly adequate for now, but I thought I would raise the issue.
