Add default OSX fullscreen shortcut (cmd-ctrl-f)

      In OSX applications the default shortcut is cmd-ctrl-f for fullscreen. In SourceTree this shortcut does not work.
      There is also not a menu item available for fullscreen making it impossible to add the shortcut manually by the OSX app specific keyboard preferences.
