Offline Remotes Prevent Auto-Remote Updates

I have multiple remotes in my GIT repo...often some of them are offline but it seems that if that's the case, ORIGIN (the only remote I actually care to get auto-updates from) never gets auto-checked.

Ideally, it'd be nice for users to be able to select which remotes they want to auto-update from but a simpler solution would be to just not early-exit when encountering a remote that's offline...continue checking the others for updates.
