      Used the new editor with existing pages and there's no content loaded in the source editor. Restarting Confluence makes no difference.

      Same deal with a new page created after the plugin is installed

      Confluence 4.1.4, Solaris 10, Oracle 11G

      Underlying issue is that the source editor is not reporting the error loading the storage format from the server (due to it not being possible in 4.1.4). Improve error reporting of the editor when loading.
