Reduce the default rememberme/autologin cookie expiry from one year to two weeks

      https://extranet.atlassian.com/display/DEV/Remember+Me+-+Tech+Spec recommended changing the default to 7 days as JIRA specifies an autologin.cookie.age of two weeks lets go with that by default.
