Checking our official DC deployments at https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/dc-deployments-automation/src/master/#markdown-header-configuring-data-center-nodes-on-cloud-deployments, there is no option to modify the file seraph-config.xml on the launch.

We have also observed that there is variable ( atl_autologin_cookie_age ) set for Confluence DC at: https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/dc-deployments-automation/src/master/roles/confluence_config/defaults/main.yml where this is retrieve by a j2 template at https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/dc-deployments-automation/src/master/roles/confluence_config/templates/

However, the j2 template for  seraph-config.xml does not exist for Jira. So we would like to open a suggestion to:

• Enable a way to modify JIRA_INSTALL/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/seraph-config.xml on the launch for the quick start templates.
• Add the variable atl_autologin_cookie_age also for Jira's quick start templates by creating a j2 template for  seraph-config.xml
