Provide Quickstart templates which do not require internet access

      Some AWS infrastructures have strict permissions based on company policies. This could limit or deny the ability to setup an internet gateway, currently required by the templates.

      Provide a template that does not require an internet gateway for the setup of the instance for such scenarios.
