Generic `eap` tag for latest EAP docker releases

      As a developer or enthusiast I might want to get the latest EAP release from Docker Hub. Right now I need to know the exact build/eap/beta/milestone release tag to pull that version. I should be able to use a generic `eap` tag to pull the latest EAP release for any product that publishes EAP's.
