The docker images for Confluence should be able to pick up the license as injected into the docker image.
This license would be detected by the docker container entry point, and used to pre-populate the application's config file, in a similar manner that is used to populate the database and cluster properties.
This would allow the license entry screen of the setup wizards to be skipped.
