      Issue Summary

      The Cloudformation currently default storage type - gp2. Preference of either io1 or gp2(general or ssd) would allow the Sys. Admin to choose to have better disk performance for DC instances.

      It would be great to see the option is given to select the node storage type during the CloudFormation template phase.
