When using the SAML for Atlassian Data Center plugin with the "Use SAML as Secondary Authentication", provide a login with SSO button on the login screen along with the default Username/Password login. Requiring users to only be able to access SSO with Secondary Auth enabled with a single link is a little frustrating.

We modified login.soy to add a "login with sso" button. We modified our build and deploy pipelines to inject this automatically whenever we upgrade.

Not an ideal solution but solved the problem.

This is a feature that's needed because we currently have to create a global banner that links out to fallback url due to not everyone being available in our upstream IDP service. It's not an ideal experience because we now need to keep up the Announcement Banner for an indefinite period of time.
