            Hi Jason,

            Thanks for your reply!

Since this is a bundled app, and you are using Jira, you can use the Jira SEN number in the next cases. The DC SSO app doesn't have a SEN for it.

I have already opened a new case on your behalf. You should receive an email in a couple of minutes.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

            Cheers,

            Artur

Thanks Artur! my email is jzhang3@greendotcorp.com

I checked it, it seems we are using this free app: [SSO for Atlassian Server and Data Center | Atlassian Marketplace|https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216096/sso-for-atlassian-server-and-data-center?hosting=datacenter&tab=installation]

so it seems I can't find the SEN number for "SSO for Atlassian Server and Data Center" plugin in our JSM datacenter instance.

            Thanks

            Jason

            Hi 29c6382f49c3,

This is Artur from Jira Support.

I can't see the screenshot. Could you please confirm your SEN number and email so we can open a support ticket on your behalf?

However, to answer your question, you can downgrade the app using the steps mentioned in this Updating apps documentation.

            Cheers,
            Artur
