Description

Refer to Cancel a subscription, the customer attempted to cancel Rovo Dev on the subscription, however, there are no Cancel option on Rovo Dev.
We confirmed with engineering team, the default cancellation option is not on Rovo Dev, and the customer need to reach out Atlassian team.
We suggest to add this option, so the customer can cancel subscription from the customer side.

Step to Reproduce

To cancel a subscription for an app:
1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.
2. Select Subscriptions, find the subscription you want to cancel, and select Manage.
3. Select more actions > Cancel subscription, then review and confirm your cancellation.

Expected result

The customer can cancel the subscription, however there is no Cancel subscription option.

Actual Result

There is no Cancel subscription option displayed under ‘Manage customer contacts’ option.
Rovo Dev can be deactivated by the licensing team from the backend.

Workaround

Reach out Atlassian support, licensing team can cancel/deactivate the subscription in the backend.
