Cannot show issue type although it does not have a mandatory custom field in outgoing Automation rule in opsgenie

      Issue Summary

      Issue type is not visible although it does not have a mandatory custom field when using the New JSM integration framework, under "Create and update requests with Opsgenie alerts that are created by other integrations" 

       

      Steps to Reproduce

      Expected Results

      The issue Type is visible. If the selected issue type does not have an unsupported mandatory custom field, then the customer should be able to save the outgoing integration.

      Actual Results

      The issue Type is not visible, even though it does not have a mandatory custom field.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
