As a customer I would like to see "Ack'ed" and "Closed" action explicitly under Responder States

      User Problem

      When more responders are added to an alert, it is becoming tedious to find the user who Ack'ed the alert.

      Adding to that, any action in an alert would be captured as "Action" in "Responder States".

      I would like to see status change actions like Ack'ed and Closed as separate actions under "Responder States"
