User Problem

I triage alerts (ones that are unacknowledged and unassigned) as part of my role. I have to go through them one by one, making a judgement on priority and allocating them out to team members for action. Currently this is a very laborious procedure as I need to use the mouse to navigate , select each alert and switch to keyboard to re-enter the assigned user's name for every alert.

Suggested Solutions

Keyboard Shortcuts!
I would like keyboard shortcuts that would allow the following scenarios:

• move to the next / previous alert in current search
• acknowledge currently alert
• assign current alert to a person - including selecting the name from the suggested list
• change priority in an alert

Additionally,
Could the Assign prompt have a section with the recently used users listed above the suggested users list, so that I can quickly assign to the same user by clicking with the mouse and having them automatically show up at the top of the list, much like the Jira UI.

Current Workarounds

There are no workarounds for not using the mouse in the UI.
