Copying the alert message from the dashboard encodes some characters

      Issue Summary

      If you have an alert message that contains special characters (for example - &,',"), the characters are encoded when copying from the alert dashboard.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an alert with & and " in the message
      2. Hover over the message on the alert dashboard and select the option to copy the message
      3. Paste the message

      Expected Results

      The pasted text should match what was copied.

      Actual Results

      Some special characters are encoded.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
