User Problem

When creating an alert manually (click 'new alert'): In the responders field of this alert creation, you can enter a team name.

Issue: Here is our dilemma - Not everyone knows the "team" that is responsible for the application they are getting the error for. So They often times have to do multiple alerts to different people.

Suggested Solutions

modify the system to not only search the Name of the team, but also the description of the team
