This is reproducible on Data Center: no

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an an Auth2.0 app on developer portal
2. After creation, go to `settings` for the app.
3. Scroll down to "Audit logs" section.

Expected Results

The download button should be enabled, and once clicked the logs should be downloaded.

Actual Results

The download button is greyed out and there is no way to download audit logs for the app.

Workaround

No workaround

Also since the option to download the audit logs is not available for Auth 2.0, therefore to avoid customer confusion, please remove this UI component from Auth 2.0 app settings, until functionality is available.
