Hello! I have configured 2 Login Options for SSO 2.0.
One is "Atlassian Crowd SSO," from which most users come and can log in successfully through Crowd.
The second is "EKI SSO," which I had to create separately because there are Microsoft accounts with 2FA, and it doesn't work through Crowd, so it needs to be a separate option.
When I enable only Atlassian Crowd SSO, everything works as intended. When I disable Atlassian Crowd SSO and enable EKI SSO, those EKI user accounts can log in successfully, and everything works fine.
Now, when I enable both "Atlassian Crowd SSO" and "EKI SSO," and I try to log in to either Jira or Confluence, pressing the login button doesn't load these two options; it just shows a white screen without any buttons. This is a significant issue for us because half of the users cannot access their work. What could be the problem?
Desired outcome:
When I enable both login options, clicking the "login" button in Jira and Confluence should open a page where I can choose whether I want to log in through Crowd or through EKI SSO.
Look at the provided screenshots:
DesiredOutcome.PNG - Page loads as supposed, two options are visible.
ActualOutcome.PNG - page doesent load, users cant sing in since no options are available
