      Dear Atlassian,

As a SysAdmin at our company I need to handle dozens sometimes hundreds of Jira cloud sites. I noticed a common problem regardless of browser or location or local network capabilities: when I review or edit addons and I click on the Managed Apps menu then that page loads in very slowly. Sometimes it takes like a minute and when I need to edit several apps and need to reload the page over and over again that can be quite time consuming and frustrating.

I asked Atlassian Support about it who was kind enough to benchmark it internally and it was determined that time it needs to load is incremented by the number of installed plugins. The browser's network log shows the Universal Plugin Manager takes majority of the loading time when it waits for the server's response.

I was told it cannot be considered a bug, so I was advised to suggest its improvement via this portal.
