Restrict the ability to add apps for Administrator only

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Currently, any user (non-administrative account) can use the "Find and add new apps" option to install apps into Jira Cloud from the Atlassian Marketplace.

      As an administrator, it would be helpful to not only disable the "Find and Add new Apps", as we have on this feature as well but to have the ability for Administrators to approve such requests for basic users.

            Companies with strong infosec policies requiring them to vet any third party data access can have these policies sidesteps by their users. 
            This is a pretty sizeable gap into today's GDPR world.
