Issue Summary

If you request an app within jira, install said requested app, and then uninstall the app, the request still shows within the app request page with a status of "INSTALLED" with no way to remove the app request or change the status to not installed.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as a regular user, navigate to app request page and request any app (free would be easiest as it doesn't need payment)
2. Login as an admin, install the app via the request page.
3. Find the app after its installed within manage apps, and uninstall the app.
4. Refresh the page to ensure app has been uninstalled and is no longer showing within manage apps.
5. Navigate to the app request page as an admin, you will still see the app that was just installed listed with a status of "INSTALLED".

Expected Results

Requested apps should either show the status as not installed/open, or the request should have been removed once the app is installed.

Actual Results

The app request page instead shows the app as installed still even though it was uninstalled.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
