Issue Summary:

Once a Forge app is listed in the Marketplace, partners can no longer edit the description shown in the new app management interface (Connected Apps in Administration). 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Forge app and deploy it to production. 
2. In the Developer Console, navigate to Settings.
3. Edit the app description and click on Save Changes. 
4. Install the app in a product instance and validate that it's description under the new app management interface show the description you have added. 
5. Release the app in the Marketplace. 

Expected Results

Partners should be able to update the description shown in the app management interface even after the app has been released in the Marketplace. 

Actual Results

Partners can no longer update the description shown in the app management. 

This option is deactivated when the app is released in the Marketplace. No fields in the Marketplace listing are used to replace this description. 

On Connect apps, this was done via the app descriptions, updating the description field. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
