Issue Summary:

Marketplace app reviews are getting rejected if a customer has a "connect" version installed but the latest version of the app is published using "forge" framework. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Submit review for the app while you are using the connect version

Expected Results

Review should get approved since customer is actively using the app

Actual Results

Review gets rejected

Workaround

Customers can update their app to the latest forge version and then submit a review
