If users do not have sufficient access to GitHub and when they try to go to Connected apps>Installed apps> Github settings an error prompt is displayed called "Something went wrong. Try again later."

There is a scope to improve logging by providing more specific error messages like - 
User does not have sufficient privileges. 

This will make it easier for customer to understand why they are unable to complete a specific action.
