When partners attempt to publish an app that are Connect to Forge, they currently receive a generic error message if they are not the app owner. This can lead to confusion and unnecessary support requests. We propose enhancing the error messaging to provide more specific information about the issue.

Current behaviour:

• When a partner who is not the app owner tries to publish an app, they encounter the following generic error message:
   Version creation failed. Failed to create app version. Please try again.
• The network logs, however, include a more informative error message:
   "message": "App belongs to a different owner."

Proposed Improvement:

• Update the error message displayed to the user to reflect the information already available in the network logs. Specifically, show the following message:
   Version creation failed. App belongs to a different owner.
