Partners should be able to identify dummy refunds.

      Issue Summary

      In case of dummy refunds mostly created in exceptional cases, it can be to update the billing details of the customer. In such cases customers are refunded and rebilled again by creating dummy refunds. These refunds are not actual refund but instead just a line items.

      Many a times partner confuse them to real refunds.

      Expected Results

      It would really help partners if they can identify such refunds that appear in reporting.

      Currently these refunds appear as normal refunds in reporting which causes confusion among partners.

      Workaround

      If partners identify any refunds that were not approved by them it can be dummy refunds. We suggest them to reach out to Marketplace support to get more clarity on them.
