License status inconsistency between customer and Atlassian systems for licenses having prebilled invoices

      A license that should be active is appearing as expired in Atlassian’s internal reporting, while the customer sees it as valid and active. This discrepancy may cause confusion for customers and partners regarding the true status of their license.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Check the license status in the Atlassian reporting system.
      2. Check the same license status as seen by the customer.
      3. Compare the results.

      Expected Results

      The license status should be consistent and accurate across both Atlassian and customer-facing systems. If the license is valid and active for the customer, it should also appear as active in Atlassian’s reporting.

      Actual Results

      • The license appears as expired in Atlassian’s reporting system.
      • The customer sees the license as active and valid.
      • This mismatch can lead to confusion and support requests.

      Workaround
